Interlocking bricks dies, paver blocks dies, kerb stones dies, chequered tiles dies,  etc are having high strength, heavy load (pressure) carrying capacities, good finish, uniform shapes, sharp edges, dimensions with close tolerances, attractive, wide variety of designs, easy availably , economical and having wide applications. Their demand is regularly increasing in different sectors or construction. With the acceptance of these products, the usage of mild steel raw material of Carbon 25 %, and are directly purchased from Punjab.

The tempering is done at 60-62 points. The process is done in oil & water-both. The raw materials in dies & machines manufacturing are pre tested from the lab to check its contents like carbon, silicon, manganese etc. 

These are highly productive, compact, soundless in operation and easy to operate. They give trouble free services and are very economical in ratio of investment & performance. Low power is required in comparison with its production rate. Small area is required to install complete manufacturing unit.

The body of the machine has been fabricated fom solid steel thick plates of 16mm and has heavily (MIG) welded. The hydraulic cylinder is made from thick walled 25mm carbon steel tube (Known as solid axle) and is duly honed. The ram is ground and hard chrome plated. PU seal set is fitted in hydraulic cylinder. Internationally reputed elements have been fitted in Hydraulic power pack. As desired Hyd. Power Pack is either placed by the side of machine or fitted on the top of machine.
